Pre-Dispatch Cancellation

Effective: 14 July 2026

1. Before dispatch

You may cancel an order before it leaves our harvest desk. Use the Track & Support page with your order ID and registered email, or write to greens@appilytwentyone.com with the subject line "Cancel Order #[ID]".

2. After dispatch

Once a courier label is generated, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery in which case the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

3. Refund timing

Approved pre-dispatch cancellations are refunded within 5–7 business days. Online payment refunds are credited to the original method. COD orders receive refund via UPI or bank transfer.

4. Partial cancellations

Individual line items cannot be removed after checkout. Cancel the full order and place a new order with the correct items if needed before dispatch.
