Cold-Chain Delivery Guide

1. Packing standards

Vegetables are sorted, weighed, and packed in breathable containers with moisture pads where appropriate. Delicate leafy items are separated from heavier root crops to minimise bruising in transit.

2. Dispatch timeline

Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed later or on Sundays are dispatched the next business day, subject to stock availability.

3. Delivery coverage

We deliver across serviceable pin codes in India via partner courier networks. Delivery estimates (3–7 business days for most locations) are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed during peak seasons or adverse weather.

4. Shipping charges

Prepaid orders qualify for free shipping. Cash-on-delivery orders incur a ₹49 handling fee shown at checkout. Remote or non-serviceable areas may require address correction or order cancellation with full refund.

5. Receipt and storage

Inspect your package on arrival. Refrigerate leafy greens and herbs promptly. Root vegetables and alliums may be stored in a cool, dry place. Refer to pack labels for specific storage guidance.
